  Delhi zoo or National zoological park in Delhi is not only a tourist place but it is also a very important center for conservation and education purposes. 

  Ticket price for Delhi zoo for visitors 

  The zoo is open to visiting visitors except for every Friday and on national holidays, and you can visit the zoo from 9 AM to 4:30 PM in summer and in winter you can visit the zoo from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. 

  You can get tickets for the zoo online using Delhi zoo online booking if you do not want to stand in queues and get tickets for yourself. 

  The price of tickets for the visitors are as followed – 

  Citizens for India

  Adults – Rs. 80 per head 

  Children from 0 to 5 years – Free 

  Children from 5 to 12 years – Rs. 40 per head 

  Senior citizens (60 years and above) – Rs. 40 per head 

  Foreign citizens except for SAARC countries 

  Adults – Rs. 400 per head 

  Children from 0 to 5 years – Free 

  Children from 5 to 12 years – Rs. 200 per head 

  Foreign citizens from SAARC nations 

  Adults – Rs. 200 per head 

  Children from 0 to 5 years – Free 

  Children from 5 to 12 years – Rs. 100 per head
